Pi.Security in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional event programs, build branded experiences, and drive cross-functional collaboration. This individual contributor role is remote-friendly for the West Coast and requires travel to events, with an emphasis on delivering measurable marketing outcomes.

You will own end-to-end event execution, partner with the field and sales teams, manage budgets, and curate high-impact experiences that connect with product

Qualificações

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing and events.
• Proven experience managing both small-scale, high-touch events and large-scale tradeshows.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing vendors, partners, and budgets.
• A creative mindset and a passion for curating experiences people remember long after the event ends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams to align programs to pipeline and company goals.
• The ability to travel 25%+ of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional event programs. Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of events, including brand experiences, executive and community events, partner events, and industry-specific gatherings.
• Run events end to end. Oversee planning and execution from registration to post-event wrap-up with meticulous attention to detail.
• Support our biggest moments. Help bring Pi to life at larger tradeshows and tentpole events, coordinating with vendors and logistics.
• Partner closely with the field. Align event messaging to company priorities and pipeline goals.
• Build with our partners. Develop programs with partners that yield measurable results.
• Spend wisely. Manage the budget for regional events with cost-conscious decisions.
• Measure what matters. Track attendance, uploads, and KPIs; share insights after events.
• Own SWAG. Manage inventory and distribution at events to ensure desirable items.
