Ent is expanding its field marketing presence across the Western United States and Canada, working near our SF headquarters. You will design and execute an integrated events program, from flagship conferences to intimate executive briefings, to drive pipeline and revenue.

You have 5+ years in field/event marketing, with security industry exposure, and are comfortable presenting to executives. This role requires travel 30–40% and a builder mindset to create memorable, results-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience.
• Security industry experience and buyer understanding.
• Experience running RSAC or Black Hat presence is a plus.
• AI fluency and experience with AI tools.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with problem-solving on-site.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle event strategy and execution for the West field calendar (conferences, dinners, roundtables).
• Own ABM programs targeting Global 2000 accounts in the West.
• Partner with integration and channel ecosystems for joint programs.
• Create category-defining event experiences that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Manage on-site execution and coordinate with design, ops, sales, and product marketing.
• Track outcomes and report on pipeline, ARR, and deal velocity.
