Job summary

Exa AI is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager in San Francisco to own the regional program for developer and enterprise audiences. You will design and execute high-impact events such as hackathons, executive dinners, and partner gatherings, coordinating with sales to maximize pipeline.

You will own budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-ups, measuring outcomes and refining the approach for greater impact across the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of field marketing or event marketing experience at a B2B tech company.
• Experience running events for developer and enterprise audiences.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and forecast event impact.
• Strong partnerships with sales and SDRs to build event-driven plans.

Responsibilities

• Own regional program strategy and event formats.
• Manage end-to-end event execution from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Align with sales on personas and target accounts for each event.
• Lead budget, vendors and negotiations to optimize cost per lead.
• Leverage AI to accelerate invitations, outreach and post-event recaps.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Ops for lead handoff.
