Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced field marketing manager for the West Region to own strategy, events, partner programs, and pipeline acceleration in a B2B cybersecurity context. You will collaborate with_sales, channel partners, and executives to drive measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.

The role requires leadership of live and virtual events, ABM alignment, budget management, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity preferred.
• Experience working with West Region enterprise accounts and buying committees.
• History of building integrated field programs that influence pipeline and accelerate deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the West Region marketing strategy: develop a 12-month integrated plan aligned to sales priorities and regional opportunities.
• Design and deliver high-impact events and experiences: plan CISO dinners, roadshows, roundtables, golf outings, and show activations; manage logistics and vendor relationships.
• Align with sales and channel teams: collaborate with account executives and channel managers to connect field marketing with sales motions; support ABM strategies.
• Develop and manage channel and partner marketing: create co-branded programs with VARs and alliance partners; run channel campaigns and events with shared KPIs.
• Use advanced digital tools and analytics: apply BI, predictive analytics, and marketing automation; analyze funnel performance and report insights.
• Own budget and performance metrics: plan and track regional spend; review data with leadership and drive continual improvement.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and content strategy: collaborate on persona development, messaging, and localized content.
