Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products, LLC. in Dallas seeks a Field Program Specialist to lead our field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.

This role supervises demo teams, coordinates field activities, and manages program logistics to boost brand awareness and product trial across markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, track KPIs, and report results while maintaining budgets and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related area.
• Supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Budget management and program reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field marketing programs including retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog shows.
• Recruit, train, and supervise demo representatives; coordinate schedules with retail partners.
• Manage demo budgets, inventory, and reporting; monitor KPIs and ROI.
• Plan and execute expos, festivals, and brand experiences; oversee event staffing and vendors.
• Travel 25-50% and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
