Job summary

Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power growth for leading SaaS companies. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own field programs, regional campaigns, conferences, and side events that turn moments into real pipeline.

You will partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to scale programs, measure ROI, and drive booked meetings. Travel and hands-on ownership across budgets and vendors are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of field programs (regional campaigns, conferences, direct mail, and sales plays) that produced measurable pipeline.
• Experience partnering with sales leaders, AEs, and SDRs on targeting, meeting booking, and follow-up.
• Comfort with pipeline and attribution reporting.
• Strong budget, vendor, and project management skills; ability to juggle many programs without dropping details.
• Creative streak and good taste, building memorable experiences for events.
• Clear, proactive communication and bias toward action in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build field programs with our sales teams and quarterly field plans.
• Own presence at conferences, booth experiences, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Create ancillary events (side events, happy hours) to extend reach.
• Design gifting and direct mail campaigns that generate meetings and pipeline.
• Turn every program into pipeline with lead capture, routing, and nurture.
