Job summary

WorkWhile is building a field marketing program from the ground up in San Francisco. You will own the field program end-to-end—from event strategy and execution to post-event follow-up—and partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science to translate campaigns into revenue.

You’ll leverage AI productivity and automation to test, scale, and accelerate our pipeline while maintaining a strong bias for action in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing at a B2B company.
• Experience marketing to non-technical operational buyers is a strong plus.
• Willing to travel for events.
• Owned trade show and conference programs end to end.
• Logistics, staffing, hospitality, manufacturing, and facilities backgrounds translate.
• Treat every event as part of a campaign with pre- and post-event outreach.

Responsibilities

• Run events as campaigns from pre-event to post-event follow-up and turn field engagement into opportunities.
• Choose the event mix by evaluating audience fit, cost, and expected return.
• Run account-based field programs aligned with open deals and target accounts.
• Arm Sales with case studies, one-pagers, and competitive material.
• Build AI-enabled tools and templates to speed workflows and expand adoption.
