Job summary

Lennar is seeking an intern for its Future Builders program to gain hands-on marketing experience supporting sales leaders and regional teams. You will handle collateral, signage, and community photography for Quick Move-In homes while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes proficiency in MS Office, MLS, Canva, and Airtable, with travel within the division and potential for full-time opportunities after the program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proficiency with MLS, Canva, and Airtable.
• Homebuilding, real estate, or consumer-facing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel weekly within assigned division or market.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing resource for sales leaders and New Home Consultants in the field.
• Fulfill marketing collateral and flyer requests in partnership with regional teams.
• Manage signage, MLS listings, and community photography for Quick Move-In homes.
• Maintain and coordinate signage inventory across divisions with approved vendors.
• Organize and manage branded marketing materials and closet inventory.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for marketing events (grand openings, broker events, open houses).
• Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the community level.
• Oversee community launch execution including office setup and self-guided tour systems.
• Coordinate photography support for homes, models, and lifestyle content.
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams.
