Lennar's Future Builders Program invites high-potential students and early-career professionals to launch their careers within Lennar's Technology Group. The Technology track is a 10-week summer program beginning June 2027, offering hands-on training, structured onboarding, and exposure to key technology initiatives.

Successful interns may transition into the RCG program or other entry roles after the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Intern - Strategic Sourcing Review IT contract documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate contract intake and routing between internal teams and vendors
• Support RFP, RFI, and sourcing event issuance and evaluation
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders for sourcing initiatives
• Track vendor performance issues and escalating concerns
• Maintain sourcing records and documentation in company systems
• Analyze pricing proposals and vendor quotes
• Support spend analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives

What is the "Future Builders" program?

Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into our recent college graduate (RCG) program or other entry-level roles after the summer.

The Technology track is a 10-weeklong program during the summer that prepares participants for careers in Lennar Technology Group. The start date for the program will be June 2027.
