Lennar is offering the Future Builders Sales Internship across multiple U.S. locations.

You will welcome homebuyers, shadow consultants, and support follow-up activities while learning the home sales process from inquiry to closing. Eligible students are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation between 2027 and 2029, majoring in Sales, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields, and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Majoring in Professional Sales, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related fields.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular community and construction site visits.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers visiting our Welcome Home Centers and model homes.
• Shadow New Home Consultants to learn about the home sales process from initial inquiry through closing.
• Support customer follow‑up activities and help maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and lead generation activities.
• Learn about Lennar communities, home designs, financing options, and the local housing market.
• Collaborate with team members across Sales, Construction, and Customer Care to understand the homebuilding process.

What is the “Future Builders” program? Lennar’s Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Through structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High‑performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into our recent college graduate (RCG) program or other entry‑level roles after the summer. The Sales track is a 10 weeklong program during the summer that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June2027.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $18.00 - $25, subject to adjustment based on business‑related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
