Lennar’s Future Builders Program invites highly motivated students and recent graduates to launch careers across Homebuilding, Technology, and Corporate functions. The Construction track runs for 10 weeks during the summer and prepares participants for roles in core business operations.

Start date is June 2027, with locations across many U.S. cities and potential transition into other programs after the summer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular site visits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Managers in overseeing daily community site activities and trade partner performance.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, schedule accuracy, and readiness.
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized community sites; assist with project documentation, purchase orders, and construction records.
• Support invoice validation, daily logs, and issue resolution; partner with Sales, Customer Care, and Operations teams.

Future Builders Program

What is the “Future Builders” program? Lennar’s Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Through structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into our recent college graduate (RCG) program or other entry‑level roles after the summer.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular community and construction site visits. Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
