Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our North America team in New York, NY. This part-time role (25h/week) runs August 2026 through November 2026 and offers hands-on exposure to event planning, campaigns, reporting, and content creation.

You will support events, webinars, direct mail campaigns, and internal comms, gaining experience in modern marketing tactics while collaborating with sales and BD teams. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or related degree.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours.
• You are organized and self-motivated with strong time and project management.
• You can manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
• Support seasonal direct mail campaigns
• Gather and analyze campaign performance data
• Support Celonis-hosted events and webinars
• Support internal comms plans to sales and BD teams
• Assist in creating digital ads, landing pages and email copy
