Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Security Marketing team in May 2027. Based in Canton, this hybrid role offers three in-office days per week while gaining hands-on experience across marketing activities.

You’ll provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to internal teams, channel partners, and customers, helping deliver a strong Gallagher brand experience. You’ll learn across communications, lead management, events, partner engagement, marketing systems, and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; recent grads considered.
• Strong organizational, project planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with careful proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Supporting regional marketing plans, campaigns, communications, and the newsletter program.
• Monitoring the marketing mailbox and coordinating follow-ups.
• Assisting with events, webinars, invitations, registrations, collateral, and post-event communications.
• Supporting lead management through CRM uploads, list building, reporting, nurturing, and data cleanup.
• Helping with renewal triggers and data maintenance.
• Coordinating partner onboarding communications, merchandise, collateral, and purchase orders.
• Keeping contact lists, online marketing libraries, project plans, event calendars, and Asana tasks accurate.
