Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our North America team in New York, NY. This part-time role (25h/week) runs August 2026 through November 2026 and offers hands-on exposure to event planning, campaigns, reporting, and content creation.

You will support events, webinars, direct mail campaigns, and internal comms, gaining experience in modern marketing tactics while collaborating with sales and BD teams. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or related degree.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours.
• You are organized and self-motivated with strong time and project management.
• You can manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

This part‑time internship (25h /week) will run from August 2026 through November 2026 and will be based in New York, NY.

The Team:

The field marketing team works directly with the sales team to create marketing programs that drive new leads and revenue for the business. Their mission is to dominate the North America market by delivering an inspired and orchestrated marketing experience to our customers. The Role:

As an intern on the marketing team, your role will be to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activities by supporting events, reporting, internal communication, and content.

The work you’ll do:

• Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
• Support the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns
• Gather and analyze campaign performance data to help us make informed business decisions
• Support the execution of Celonis‑hosted events and webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers
• Support the development and execution of internal communication plans to our sales and business development team
• Support the creation of digital ads, landing page and email copy

The qualifications you need:

• Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or other related degree
• Prior internship experience is a plus
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during business hours
• You are highly organized and self‑motivated with excellent time and project management skills
• You can successfully manage multiple projects at the same time without losing attention to detail
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and present to both customers and senior management
• Experience with event management is also a plus

Base pay range

Base pay range: $28–$28 USD (Full Time Schedule).
