Job summary

Westfield Specialty’s Marketing Intern Program in New York, NY offers a paid, ten-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience across social media, content, analytics, and campaign coordination. You will work closely with a creative team, learn from senior leaders, and contribute to real projects that build brand awareness.

The role requires onsite presence 4 days per week, a strong academic record (min GPA 3.2), and active enrollment in a marketing- or business-focused

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing either a Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience through activities or work preferred.
• Onsite in the office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media channels.
• Support development of blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Help design basic visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and events.
• Coordinate logistics for webinars and internal/external communications.
• Update marketing calendars and track deadlines, deliverables, and assets.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance data from digital platforms.
