Job summary

Westfield Specialty's 2027 Summer Intern Program is a paid ten-week opportunity in our New York, NY office. The Marketing track offers exposure to content, social media, analytics, and campaign coordination, with mentorship and hands-on projects.

Interns will work alongside senior leaders, participate in trainings, and have opportunities for full-time employment after graduation. The program runs June 7 through August 13, with on-site presence required four days per week and collaborative

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• GPA 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Leadership through work or clubs or activities preferred.
• Digitally savvy with basic marketing principles.
• Ability to be onsite in office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing team in executing strategies to raise brand awareness.
• Create, edit, and schedule content for social media.
• Develop blog posts, emails, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.
• Analyze performance data from digital platforms and prepare reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with Sales, HR, and Communications.
