Job summary

Parkhurst Dining at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to support campus partnerships and brand growth. You’ll ideate and execute interactive events, manage social media, and create marketing collateral in line with brand standards, while collaborating with campus organizations and the management team on the annual Business & Marketing Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
• Minimum of one year marketing experience or internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience creating and posting social media content to boost brand presence and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with urgency and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events like Pop Ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights.
• Manage and monitor social media channels, consistently creating content that is compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining.
• Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces consistent with brand standards, and manage corporate graphic design requests.
• Develop relationships with campus organizations and departments for collaborative events, communication partnership, and focus groups.
• Partner with management team to draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plan that addresses key operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities.
