Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or related field, with demonstrated ability to design and execute guest-facing marketing programs and measure outcomes.
• Interpersonal skills to influence without direct authority and maintain standards across the field.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present content to stakeholders from regional support to front-line teams.
• Detail oriented with strong writing skills to create and steward brand materials and voice.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial components of contract food service including revenue, margins, costs and risks.
• Professional image and appearance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated urgency and responsiveness to requests; level-headed in crisis response.
• Outgoing, upbeat, friendly personality; strong team player.
• Occasional weekend work during special events or openings.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of on-site marketing, advertising, promotional activities within budget and ROI targets.
• Launches internal brand promotions from go-live to ROI stabilization.
• Develops marketing collateral and communications aligned with brand standards.
• Analyzes program outcomes and shares insights with stakeholders.
• Partners with account leaders to develop unit-level marketing plans and monitor trends.
• Engages with local vendors, community organizations, and client partnerships to drive engagement.
