Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to lead interactive campus events, manage social media content, and develop brand-aligned collateral. You will collaborate with campus partners and the management team to drive growth and engagement across Eat’n Park Hospitality Group brands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management and at least 1 year of marketing experience, plus strong communication skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of one year marketing experience or internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events like pop-ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights.
• Manage and monitor social media channels, consistently creating content that is compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining.
• Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces consistent with brand standards, and manage corporate graphic design requests.
• Develop relationships with campus organizations and departments for collaborative events, communication partnership, and focus groups.
• Partner with management team to draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plan that addresses key operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities.
