Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator for Parkhurst Dining to drive campus events, social media engagement, and cross-brand collaborations. The role involves building partnerships, creating engaging campaigns, and supporting brand-standard materials.

You will plan events, manage collateral, and contribute to a marketing plan focused on growth and guest engagement across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of one year of marketing experience or internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Skilled in creating, posting, sharing, and managing social media content to boost brand presence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with urgency and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events (Pop Ups, holidays, theme meals).
• Manage and monitor social media channels with compelling content.
• Create marketing collateral and manage graphic design requests.
• Develop relationships with campus organizations for collaborations and focus groups.
• Draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plan with growth opportunities.
