Job summary

CAB Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Business Data Analyst, Field Marketing in Houston, on-site. You will build Power Automate workflows, create Power Apps for live event data capture, and develop Power BI dashboards to track ROI and engagement.

You will collect field data from Repsly and GoSpotCheck, generate insights, and deliver recommendations to optimize marketing spend and event performance. Collaboration with marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or execution within CPG or F&B.
• Experience with marketing execution platforms (e.g., Repsly, GoSpotCheck) preferred.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power Automate workflows for event tracking and reporting.
• Develop Power Apps solutions for real-time event data capture and management.
• Collect and analyze field marketing data from marketing execution software.
• Create Power BI dashboards to monitor event performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve event performance.
• Partner with marketing to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on performance trends.
• Maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms and systems.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
