Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or execution within CPG or food & beverage.
• Experience with marketing execution platforms (e.g., Repsly, GoSpotCheck) preferred.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power Automate workflows to streamline event tracking and reporting.
• Develop Power Apps solutions for real-time event data capture and management.
• Collect and analyze field marketing data from marketing execution software such as Repsly.
• Create Power BI dashboards to monitor event performance, ROI, and engagement.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend and events.
• Partner with marketing teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating marketing outcomes and trends.
• Maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms and systems.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
