Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, BI, or a related field.
• Background in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-focused industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing and customer analytics.
• Hands-on Power BI experience required.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with restaurant technology, POS, loyalty, online ordering, or similar platforms preferred.
• Understanding of key restaurant/retail performance metrics.
• Exposure to Snowflake or data warehousing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain data to executives and operational teams.
• Self-starter who can take ownership and turn data into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across restaurant/retail technology platforms and business systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Partner with marketing and business teams to identify customer and revenue opportunities.
• Analyze sales, loyalty, digital ordering, guest behavior, and operational performance.
• Support data quality, business applications, and ongoing reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
