TensorWave Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to support logistics for conferences, booths, dinners, and regional activations. You will help ensure flawless execution, coordinate vendors, ship materials, and convert attendee lists into actionable pipeline.

You don't need deep event experience at first, but you must stay calm under tight timelines, learn quickly about AI infrastructure, and collaborate with demand generation to build pre- and post‑event nurture flows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines.
• Working comfort with a CRM, plus basic command of spreadsheets and project tracking tools.
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through in a fast-moving, in-person environment.
• Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and willingness to build technical fluency quickly.
• Willingness to travel for events, including some evening and weekend work around show dates.
• Comfort with standing and walking for prolonged periods, lifting and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own event logistics end-to-end for assigned programs, including venue coordination, shipping, booth setup and teardown.
• Track attendees and keep CRM data clean, including post-event lead uploads and list hygiene.
• Compile and maintain annual event calendars, contact lists, asset inventory, and third-party vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and drayage teams; act as marketing liaison to brand team on swag and design.
• Support budget tracking for events, including invoices, purchase requests, and expense reconciliation.
• Help build pre- and post-event nurture flows in partnership with demand generation.
• Draft and send invites, save-the-dates, and follow-up communications for hosted dinners and executive briefings.
• Compile post-event reporting on attendance, lead counts, and notable conversations for field marketing.
• Support live coverage at key events, including on-site logistics, hotel and badge pickup coordination.
