Job summary

TensorWave is hiring a Field Marketing Associate to own event logistics end-to-end for conferences, hosted dinners, and regional activations. You will manage venues, shipping, booth setup, and signage while ensuring attendee lists feed the sales pipeline.

You’ll keep CRM data clean, coordinate with printers and drayage teams, support budget tracking, and help develop pre- and post-event nurture flows with Demand Gen.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel for events and some evenings/weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Own event logistics end-to-end for assigned programs.
• Track attendees and keep CRM data clean.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and drayage teams.
• Support budget tracking, invoices, and expenses.
• Draft invites and follow-up communications for events.
• Develop post-event lead nurturing with demand generation.
• Produce post-event reporting on attendance and pipeline.
