LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator in the Dallas area to energize Creekside Estates, Southaven, Kingsborough, and Edmonds Ranch communities through events and Realtor engagements.

This field-based role drives traffic, enhances customer experience, and ensures brand-consistent signage, collateral, and digital listings across properties. Requires a marketing degree and 2+ years in marketing or events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Activate campaigns locally across communities and drive traffic.
• Ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings align with brand.
• Manage event lifecycles: planning, on-site execution, and follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and weekly traffic insights.
• Coordinate marketing inventory, vendors, photography, and video needs.
• Travel between communities and support evening/weekend events.
