Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Real Estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
• Improve community presentation and support content creation across channels.
• Manage the full event process—planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints align with brand standards.
• Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership.
• Oversee marketing inventory and vendors, support photography/video needs, assist with launches and closeouts, and maintain visitor-ready information centers.
