LGI Homes in the Dallas area seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to support Creekside Estates, Southaven, Kingsborough, and Edmonds Ranch by planning community events and realtor engagement to drive traffic and enhance customer experience. The role activates national campaigns locally, ensures polished signage and digital listings, and coordinates event logistics from planning to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Real Estate marketing experience preferred
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
• Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
• Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Manage the full event process—planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and brand-aligned.
• Track traffic trends and report weekly insights to leadership.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors; support photography/video needs.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts; keep information centres visitor-ready.
