DRYmedic Restoration Services of SE Charlotte NC seeks a Field Marketing/Business Development Representative to drive marketing and partnership efforts with a focus on insurance, property management, and commercial real estate sectors. You will build relationships, create referral networks, and lead campaigns to expand our restoration footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications a plus.
• Proven B2B marketing and relationship-building experience, preferably in restoration/mitigation.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with industry professionals (plumbers, agents, property managers).
• Develop referral partnerships via cold calls, meetings, events, and networks.
• Plan follow-ups to nurture long-term partnerships.
• Organize marketing events and campaigns to generate leads.
• Track interactions using CRM to measure growth and outreach efforts.
• Create marketing materials tailored to B2B audiences.
• Act as primary contact for business accounts and ensure satisfaction.
