Job Description:

As a Field Marketing Associate at CloudSEK, you will drive regional go-to-market execution through high-impact field programs, strategic account engagement, and community-led initiatives. This role focuses on accelerating pipeline for priority accounts, building meaningful relationships with security leaders, and delivering measurable revenue impact - not vanity metrics.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations to design experiences that resonate with CISOs and senior security stakeholders across North America and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Field GTM Execution
  • Plan and execute region-specific field marketing programs aligned with revenue targets.
  • Design high-impact, non-generic experiences such as:

Account-Based & Pipeline Acceleration Programs
  • Execute ABM-driven field plays for the top 100–200 strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to:
    • Influence active opportunities
  • Own event-to-opportunity follow-up orchestration to ensure tangible business outcomes.
Event & Community Innovation
  • Experiment with innovative event formats such as salons, invite-only forums, security breakfasts, and micro-events.
  • Build long-term regional security communities instead of one-off events.
  • Bring fresh, unconventional ideas tailored to US and LATAM buying behaviors and cultures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Sales: Weekly planning, account mapping, and deal strategy alignment
  • Product Marketing: Align on messaging, narratives, demo storylines, and agendas
  • Partner Marketing: Co-host selective regional partner events
  • Marketing Operations: Ensure strong Salesforce hygiene, ROI tracking, and attribution
Ownership Mindset & Metrics
  • Own event ROI end-to-end with a strong focus on business impact.
  • Track and optimize performance based on:
  • Deals accelerated
  • Engagement quality (not footfall)
  • Continuously iterate and improve formats based on performance insights.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience in field marketing, GTM, ABM, or revenue-focused marketing roles (Cybersecurity B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong experience working closely with sales teams and driving pipeline impact.
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-quality executive-level events and experiences.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, VPs, and CXOs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking ROI, pipeline influence, and attribution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
