Job summary

Convey is seeking a senior marketer to own our field events, executive dinners, and roundtables, driving meetings and pipeline with enterprise executives. You will build and manage a digital workforce to handle recurring event research, calendars, and follow-up, while shaping strategy and vendor relationships.

You will partner with sales to target accounts, secure speaking slots, and ensure events generate measurable outcomes, from invites to closed pipeline. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field or event marketing at B2B SaaS with enterprise focus.
• Proven executive events generation of meetings and pipeline.
• Experience running events within an ABM program in partnership with sales.
• Experience securing speaking slots and preparing speakers.
• Strong budgeting, vendor, and logistics discipline.
• Fluency with CRM and marketing platforms; report on event results.

Responsibilities

• Own event strategy and budget aligned with target accounts and executives.
• Plan and run executive dinners, roundtables, breakfasts, and workshops at industry events.
• Create self-hosted events from small gatherings to large customer events.
• Source and secure speaking opportunities for executives and customers.
• Collaborate with sales to build invite lists and run pre/post event outreach.
• Ensure smooth handoffs so attendees connect with the right seller.
• Track events from invite to pipeline and maintain clean CRM data.
