Job summary

Linear is hiring its first Field Marketing Manager to move strategy to execution. You will own the executive dinner calendar across cities, select events and partner programs, and craft invitations with follow-ups to drive quality conversations for our sales team.

This role is remote-first with occasional travel and on-site coordination for events, including evenings. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build targeted accounts and measurable event outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally at a software company.
• Experience running dinners, roundtables, or small-format events end to end; planning around conferences.
• Experience working alongside Sales; building target account lists and post-event follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive dinner calendar across cities and select venues and themes.
• Build guest lists with Customer team and track RSVPs to optimize seating.
• Manage venues, vendors, menus, budgets, and travel logistics per dinner.
• Brief hosts/executives, be on site to run the night, and handle post-event follow-ups.
