Job summary

Northern Virginia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates is seeking a Field Marketer to be the local face of our practices across Annandale, Manassas and Woodbridge. You will drive new-patient growth by building relationships with dentists, pediatricians and businesses, visiting offices, and coordinating local outreach activities.

The role requires comfortable travel within the assigned territory, strong communication, and a proven track record in field marketing or outside sales.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales or field-marketing experience within healthcare or dental services.
Proven ability to build professional referral relationships and generate growth.
Strong communication skills and reliable travel within a territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with general dentists and other sources.
Visit practices in person, present services, and educate on patient experience.
Identify opportunities to increase referral volume and coordinate events.
