Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Field Marketer to serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices in the Chesapeake and Virginia Beach area. You will build relationships with general dentists and referral partners, visit offices regularly, and develop strategies to grow patient referrals and practice visibility.

The role requires ongoing travel, strong communication skills, and a knack for turning first introductions into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, field marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships and generate referrals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with general dentists and other professionals.
• Identify high-potential practices and create outreach plans.
• Make regular in-person visits, calls and emails to referral partners.
• Introduce specialty providers and educate referral sources on services and patient experience.
• Develop new referral relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Identify referral barriers and work with teams to resolve them.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase volume.
• Drive local business development and identify new opportunities in assigned markets.
• Coordinate events like lunch-and-learns and office visits to build relationships.
• Represent the organization at dental and healthcare events.
• Pursue partnerships, sponsorships and community involvement for growth.
