Job summary

Dental Care Alliance in the United States is seeking a Field Marketer to represent our dental practices across Northern Virginia and surrounding areas, building relationships with general dentists and other referral sources. You will travel regularly, conduct in-person visits, and create outreach plans to grow new-patient referrals while maintaining existing partnerships.

Not a desk-based role; you will be on the road.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, field marketing, or outside sales.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships and develop referral opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in-person visits and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; territory management.

Overview

Are you the person who can walk into a dental office, quickly build a genuine relationship with the team, understand what matters to them, and turn that relationship into business?

We are looking for aField Marketerwho is energized by people, comfortable being out in the community, and motivated by measurable growth.

This isnot a traditional desk-based marketing role.

You will serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices—building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, communityorganizationsand other referral partners to increase awareness, strengthen referral relationships andultimately drivenew-patient growth.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector who is confident walking into an office without an appointment, starting a conversation with a practice manager or doctor, following up consistently, and turning a first introduction into a long-term relationship.

• 3+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, field marketing, healthcare marketing, physician/dental relations, community outreach, accountmanagementora relatedfield.

• Demonstratedsuccessbuilding professional relationships and developing new business or referral opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal,verbaland written communication skills.

• Comfortable making in-person visits andinitiatingconversations with new contacts.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to independently manage a territory and prioritize opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
