Northern Virginia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates is seeking a Field Marketer to be the local face of our practices across Annandale, Manassas and Woodbridge. You will drive new-patient growth by building relationships with dentists, pediatricians and businesses, visiting offices, and coordinating local outreach activities.

The role requires comfortable travel within the assigned territory, strong communication, and a proven track record in field marketing or outside sales.

We are looking for a **Field Marketer** who is energized by people, comfortable being out in the community, and motivated by measurable growth. This is **not a traditional desk-based marketing role.** You will serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices—building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, community organizations and other referral partners to increase awareness, strengthen referral relationships and ultimately drive new-patient growth. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who is confident walking into an office without an appointment, starting a conversation with a practice manager or doctor, following up consistently, and turning a first introduction into a long-term relationship.
