Job summary

Dental Care Alliance seeks a Field Marketing professional to engage community partners in the Annandale, VA area. You will be the local face of our dental practices, building meaningful relationships with dentists, schools, businesses, and referral sources to boost awareness and patient growth.

This is not a desk job; you will be out in the community, measuring growth and optimizing partnerships to benefit dental care access.

Are you the person who can walk into a dental office, quickly build a genuine relationship with the team, understand what matters to them, and turn that relationship into business?

We are looking for a Field Market er who is energized by people, comfortable being out in the community, and motivated by measurable growth.

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role.

You will serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices—building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, community organizations and other referral partners to increase awareness, strengthen referral relationships and ultimately drive new-patient growth.
