Job summary

good2grow LLC is seeking a field-based regional sales professional to partner with independent direct store delivery distributors across Kentucky and neighboring regions. You will leverage your experience in food/beverage DSD sales to own performance targets and grow local chains.

Reside in Kentucky is required; role involves travel, distributor training, and weekly and monthly reporting using the VIP Karma app and standard MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in CPG, merchandising, DSD, or supplier sales.
• Ability to travel up to 80% regionally by car.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributors to drive annual business performance in the region.
• Participate in distributor training, meetings, and ride-alongs.
• Use VIP Karma to track, audit, and schedule store visits.
• Communicate opportunities with distributors for promotions and new SKUs.
• Develop larger and local chains and the independent market.
• Prepare weekly recaps and participate in monthly MDM calls.
