Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience and at least 3 years in sales leadership or management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Central Kentucky market.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all members of the sales team to achieve growth goals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high‑performing sales professionals.
• Maintain a strong field presence with ride‑alongs, prospect visits, coaching, and training.
