CustomerInsights.AI, a leading AI-driven analytics company, seeks a Senior Manager Market Access Analytics Delivery to lead end-to-end analytics solutions for payer, pricing, and access decisions in the pharmaceutical sector.

You will coordinate data engineering, data science, BI, and QA teams, ensure rigorous validation, and translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready sound bites for clients. The role emphasizes agentic AI design, governance, and scalable service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in life sciences consulting or market access analytics.
• Experience leading analytics project delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. payer and access landscape and pharma data sources.
• Experience applying AI/agentic AI to analytics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement and Communication: Partner with clients to develop analytics roadmaps aligned with commercial, market access, and business objectives.
• Project Delivery and Operations: Own end-to-end execution for projects with scoping, detailed planning, resource requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Data, Analytics Execution, and Validation: Oversee data preparation, analytics methodologies, validation, and governance for outputs prior to client presentation.
• Business Development and Practice Building: Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and scale standardized analytics offerings.
