Responsibilities

• Build new reports and dashboards for Market Access field teams from the ground up.
• Partner with Field Market Access Leadership and Commercial Analytics to align reports.
• Own day-to-day maintenance of dashboards, ensure data refreshes on schedule and issues are fixed.
• Communicate updates, issues, and insights to key stakeholders and users.
• Act as primary build/maintain owner for dashboard platforms (Power BI, Veeva) focusing on payer analytics.
• Evolve dashboards with field needs, add views, metrics, and filters for usability.
• Manage dashboards release calendars and ensure alignment with business cycles.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Management for root-cause fixes.
