Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Field Operations Manager (Market Access) to build and maintain dashboards that empower field teams. You will ensure accurate payer data, partner with Data Management and Commercial Analytics, and drive scalable reporting with Power BI and Veeva.

The role requires hands-on dashboarding, strong payer analytics, and cross-functional leadership to align market access initiatives with broader strategies. A base salary and 30% bonus are offered in San Diego.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in a scientific, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in Market Access Operations, Trade/Channel or Commercial Ops.
• Hands-on dashboard development experience for field audiences.
• Experience supporting Market Access teams such as Trade Accounts/Payor Marketing.
• Proficient with Power BI, SQL, and data validation techniques.

• Build and maintain Market Access dashboards from requirements to rollout.
• Ensure data sources and payer data are accurate and current.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Commercial Analytics, and IT on fixes and enhancements.
• Advise stakeholders on reporting updates and priorities.
• Drive automation and scalable dashboard development for faster turnaround.
