Job summary

Hamilton Barnes, a turnkey telecom construction partner, seeks a Field Manager to lead underground FTTH construction on a major multi-year network build in Washington. You will own daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety standards.

The role offers long-term progression opportunities into MDU, commercial and maintenance work, with a company truck and performance bonuses for high performers on multi-year projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telecom/fiber construction experience.
• Proven track record supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of quality control, budgeting and OSHA regulations.
• Able to read utility construction maps (highly regarded).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Join a turnkey telecom construction partner that designs, builds, splices, and installs FTTH, broadband, and utility networks, from outside-plant engineering through to the in-home drop. The organization delivers networks that go live on schedule and to specification.

This is a great opportunity for a Field Manager to lead underground FTTH construction on a major multi-year network build in Washington. The ideal candidate will own daily field operations, including crews, subcontractors, quality, and safety, on projects where the company is the sole contractor and builds typically last two to three years. High performers can move onto new builds and into MDU, commercial, and maintenance work.
