Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Construction Coordinator to serve as the eyes and ears on the ground for residential FTTH builds across our Missouri region. You will see projects through from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, to spec and within safety standards.

The role is field-based with a clear path to progression into project management. You will coordinate crews, liaise with the Construction Manager and client, and support invoicing and closeouts.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in FTTH or fiber construction.
• A background in field coordination or supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• An understanding of the production-to-invoicing process.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day FTTH construction activity across active projects in the region
• Spend most of your time in the field verifying work quality, progress and completion against spec
• Liaise between crews, subcontractors, the Construction Manager and the client on schedules and issues
• Track production and support accurate, timely invoicing and closeouts
• Identify and escape delays, rework and safety concerns early
• Keep project documentation and reporting up to date

A newly created opportunity exists for a Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure residential FTTH builds are completed correctly, on time, and to spec.
