Responsibilities

Reviews job budgets and Levels of Effort (LOEs) with Project Managers to understand project scope, schedule, and performance.
Coordinates field operations, including manpower, subcontractors, equipment, materials, lodging, fueling, and staging.
Oversees crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, with accurate cost-code documentation.
Monitors Daily Performance Reports, compares progress to budgets/schedules, and implements corrective actions as needed.
Manages change orders, identifies improved completion methods, and supports project closeout documentation.
Serves as primary field contact, provides technical guidance, addresses customer issues, and supports personnel developmen
