Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks a Field Manager, Construction Services, to coordinate loading docks and commercial door installations nationwide from our North Kansas City base. This role requires hands-on site leadership, collaboration with sales and service, and a focus on safety and quality across projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the Dock & Door industry, blueprint literacy, and DOT/DMV clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Dock & Door Industry, 3+ years minimum.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and background check.
• Must have valid state driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and door equipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.
• Plan and direct project activities on job sites.
• Conduct site walks and surveys to prepare installations.
• Manage contractors and vendors for quality of work.
• Maintain safety practices in line with company policies.
