Job summary

Miner Ltd. in Florida is seeking a Field Superintendent to coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment across the South Florida region. The role requires industry experience and the ability to manage field teams and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have OSHA 30 certification, blueprint literacy, and strong safety discipline. Candidates should be able to read plans, supervise site activities, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Experience on construction sites within the dock/door industry.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.
• Plan, organize and direct installation and new construction of material handling equipment projects.
• Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers as needed.
• Attend company project and job-site meetings.
• Conduct site-walks and surveys; measure job sites for installations.
• Manage workload and coordinate with General Contractors and vendors.
