Job summary

MINER Corp is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee installation and new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment. You will coordinate with Sales and Service teams, manage on-site activities, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has dock/door industry experience, construction site exposure, and the ability to read blueprints. This role requires flexibility for after-hours work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the Dock & Door industry.
• Experience working on active construction sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams to plan projects.
• Direct activities for installation and new construction of material handling equipment.
• Load/unload parts and coordinate logistics for job sites.
• Attend project and job-site meetings; conduct site walks.
• Measure sites for installations; prepare for work.
• Manage contractors and vendors; ensure quality of work.
