Job summary

Miner Ltd., an OnPoint Group company, is seeking a Service Professional to provide hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial equipment across diverse sites in North America. You’ll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair doors, dock equipment, and related systems while maintaining safety standards and paperwork.

The role offers multiple levels of advancement, a company truck for work travel, and a benefits package. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience; we care about how you execute and the impact to Miner customers.
• Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock‑levelers.
• Desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical; hydraulics/pneumatics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on customer care; troubleshoot, service, inspect, install, and repair industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally.
• Operate a company vehicle to visit different customer sites and uphold OSHA safety compliance.
