Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, is seeking a Field Superintendent to coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment. The person will cover the South Florida region and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the Dock & Door industry, construction site experience, and a solid understanding of OSHA safety rules. Strong reading of blueprints and ability to supervise vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the Dock & Door Industry.
• Experience working on construction sites in our industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site walks and surveys; measure job sites.
